Experience Pearl Lake Beach on the gorgeous North end of our lake. With it’s own private sandy beach, this beachy cabin has all of the relaxing vibes. Bonfire next to the water, swim off of your beach, and drink morning coffee with a view. No pets allowed. Cabins stocked with kitchenware. Not supplied: linens, towels, pillows, bedding.

This cozy air-conditioned Park Model Cottage features one bedroom with a queen bed, plus a futon in the living room and 2 twin beds in the sunroom to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dinnerware and utensils. It also comes with a fire ring and picnic table for outdoor entertaining.  There is $250 refundable security deposit required at check-in as well as a non-refundable $50 cleaning fee at the time of booking. Linens, towels, toiletries are not provided.

The cottage permits up to 5 guests, which must be indicated at the time of booking. During our peak season from May 23-Aug 31 each guest over the age of 2 will be charged an additional $7.99 / day Resort Fee, payable at the time of booking (there is no Resort Fee charge for infants ages 0-2). Included in the Resort Fee is access to our amenities (new pickle ball court, basketball court, playground and Fun House – with big screen TVs, ping pong and billiards). Also included is 1 beach pass per registered guest that is valid for the duration of your stay. Each guest (including minors) must complete a Waiver to obtain a wristband to access the beach. A link will be included in your confirmation email. The Wibit Inflatable Waterpark and Activity Rentals are not included with your beach pass.

The exterior also features an outdoor kitchen, making it easy to enjoy meals and entertain in the great outdoors. It’s the perfect home away from home. This unit has two bedrooms. The master feature a king size bed.  The second bedroom is idyllic for the kids. It feature 2 twin bunks + a lounge area perfect for gaming on your ipad during the day and sleeping at night. There is also a couch in the main living area as well as a dinette that transforms in to a bed. It can accommodate up to 7 guests.
