Monthly Stays: 

• $1000 per month

Short Term Stays:

• Gravel sites with new 50/30 Amp pedestals along with water/sewer connections
• Each site comes with a picnic table and fire ring for your camping enjoyment
• Secure, gated facility
• Newly renovated bath house
• Rates include up to 6 guests, one camping RV (must be 10 years or newer or approval is required) and up to 2 vehicles.
• No tents are permitted on the site.
• Pets without a history of aggressive behavior are welcome and must be leashed at all times
• There is a $10/day visitor fee for additional outside guests (Beach passes are an additional $25 )

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the reservation start date will receive a refund, minus a $25.00 Cancellation Charge. Fees will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date. No refunds on or after arrival.  Fees are due in full at the time of booking.
