RV Site Monthly Rates

- July and August: $1300/month
- After May 22 a $75/person/month beach pass will apply.

- 30 or 30/50 amp full hookup sites available.
- Monthly rates include water & sewer. Electric is metered and billed monthly.
- Gravel pads.
- Picnic Table & Fire Pit included.
- Dogs permitted.
- No soft- top gazebos or pop-up tailgate tents permitted.
- Visitor fee: $10/ day to site . Beach pass $25/ day.

- No tents, hybrid campers, or pop-up campers permitted.
- All RV’s not 10 years or newer require prior approval. If you book a site online without prior approval, you are subject to denial at check-in.

- Sites cannot be picked through our online booking system. Sites are randomly assigned according to site type.
- For group bookings, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate placing you together.
- Golf Carts are permitted. Guests must have an active Liability insurance policy , the Golf Cart Policy must be signed, and a $20/day permit fee will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the reservation start date will receive a refund, minus a $25.00 Cancellation Charge. Fees will be forfeited for all reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date. No refunds on or after arrival. Fees are due in full at the time of booking.
